This page explains what information Creditspe collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 1 July 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create a merchant account, complete KYC verification, or contact our team — including your name, business details, contact information and bank account details.

When a payment is processed through Creditspe, we receive transaction details such as amount, payment method, status and the limited customer information required to complete and reconcile that payment.

2. How we use information

We use information to process payments and settlements, verify identity as required by law, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and improve the reliability of our services.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing and disclosure

We share information with banks, card networks, payment aggregators and other partners strictly to the extent required to complete a transaction, and with regulators or law enforcement where required by applicable law.

4. Data security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Card data is handled in a PCI-DSS aligned environment, and access to production systems is restricted, logged and reviewed.

5. Data retention

Transaction and KYC records are retained for the periods mandated by Indian financial regulations. Other information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described here.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations. Write to us to make a request.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session, and analytics cookies to understand how our website is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
